Parallel-imported products are not covered by our official warranty.
If you purchase parallel-imported products, you will not be able to receive after-sales service, warranty, or technical support from authorized dealers.
In the event that the purchased item is defective or breaks down, there is a possibility that you may not receive a warranty.
Even if you receive a warranty, the service provided may not be the same as that for genuine products.
Our authorized imported products are managed by serial numbers specific to each distributor (country). (For information about serial numbers, please refer to "Protecting Yourself from Counterfeits" below.)
There may be differences in product quality between genuine products and parallel-imported products.
Parallel-imported products may have passed through multiple intermediaries or been purchased through overseas auction sites.
During this process, they might have been scratched or dirty, or they could have been recognized as defective from the start but sold through unscrupulous vendors.
There are also counterfeit products disguised as parallel imports. (For information about counterfeits, please refer to "Important Information About Counterfeits" below.)
Regarding Authorized Dealers and Parallel Importers
Genuine products are sold through us our authorized dealers. You can find a list of our authorized dealers on our website.
Authorized dealers are located in the country, whereas many parallel importers do not have physical stores or contacts domestically and often sell only through online stores or auction sites.
For assurance in quality, warranty, and after-sales service, we strongly recommend purchasing genuine products through our authorized dealers.
Counterfeit Product Notice
Recently, there has been an increasing trend in counterfeit products circulating through internet sales and auction sites.
These counterfeits may be of poor quality, failing to meet the standards of genuine products, or they may have serious safety defects, posing significant risks to consumers.

In the Case of Purchasing a Counterfeit product
Please contact the retailer or internet site where you made your purchase.
In some regions or countries, there may be organizations that deal with counterfeit products; however, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding such organizations. Please understand that we cannot address inquiries related to these entities.
Additionally, we request that you do not send products to our company for verification of counterfeit items.
In the event that a product is determined to be counterfeit, we cannot guarantee its return to you.
Similarly, if a product sent for repair is found to be counterfeit, we cannot guarantee acceptance of the repair or return of the product to you.

Protecting Yourself from Counterfeits
■ Please purchase from us or our authorized dealers.
■ Whenever possible, compare the product you are purchasing with the genuine item. If you notice any differences, the product may be a counterfeit, and we advise against making the purchase.
■ When purchasing from sources other than our authorized retailers or through auction sites, please be aware that there is a possibility of encountering counterfeit products.
■ GALESPEED products sold by us are stamped with identification numbers (serial numbers) specific to each authorized distributor (country), as shown in the picture below.
Products without this stamping, as well as parallel imports from other countries or some counterfeits, may also have serial numbers stamped on them. However, such items are not covered by our standard warranty or after-sales service.
